We've partnered with Charitable Adult Rides & Services (CARS) a 501c3 nonprofit organization that helps nonprofits increase their fundraising through turn-key vehicle donation programs.  The CARS program allows supporters to donate almost any vehicle to our organization - cars, trucks, RVs, boats, and even airplanes.  They can pick up donated vehicles just about anywhere across the country!  Just click the link below to donate using our CARS donation page!

Giving Property is powered by Charitable Adult Rides and Services (CARS), a 501c3 nonprofit organization that recently partnered with a company that has decades of experience running nonprofit real estate auctions.  Through their Giving Property Real Estate Donation Program, we are able to accept any type of real estate property that has positive equity, a clear title, and no environmental issues.  Basically, anything except burial plots or timeshares, CARS will consider properties that have a net positive value; in most cases this includes residential properties and land valued over $10K or commercial properties over $50K.  If the land may be suitable for our project purposes, please let us know!

Through Charitable Solutions, LLC and Dechomai Foundation, Inc. we can accept the following types of non-cash asset donations: 

- International Assets

- Limited Partnerships and LLCs

- S-Corp, C-Corp, & Restricted Stock

- Timber deeds, crops & other agricultural assets

- Mineral rights including oil & gas partnerships

- Tangible personal property including works of art and other collectibles
